The Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) association has announced this year’s winner of the Eugene M. Roberts Memorial Scholarship. The announcement and scholarship presentation came at the CIBS meeting and luncheon on April 13, at The Manhattan Club at Rosie O’Grady’s, in New York City. This year’s scholarship recipient is Ivan J. Chen, a Rutgers senior. Chen, whose major is Applied Sciences, Packaging Engineering Option, has a cumulative GPA of 3.368.
